The path that connects Old Key West and Downtown Disney. There usually aren’t a lot of people who use that path and it’s a nice run.

Disney’s Boardwalk is nice in the morning! It’s a little too crowded if you’re an evening runner, though.

Depends on where you’re staying! Some of the resorts have trails - like the Coronado Springs and the Caribbean Beach have built in trails. They’re not particularly long, but they’re good if you want a paved out trail. Hope this helps! Have fun :)

If you go to the Port Orleans Hotel there is a bike trail that’s used for the little surreys that goes parallel with the river that separates the two New Orleans hotels. It’s paved and under trees so it won’t be too sunny. It’s great!

Boardwalk Resort is really nice! It’s usually pretty breezy, nice views, not too crowded. It connects to the back entrance of Epcot if you wanted to do World Expo, too. Or watch Illuminations on a night run!

The trails through the wilderness lodge are lovely. That’s where we always stay when we go, so I’m totally biased.

I don’t run but Fort Wilderness is great for that.
