7. The Discovery of Duffy Bear
It was another day of torrential down pours at Disney World in June of 2011. Leslie (the avid teddy bear collector) was at Epcot when she saw a bear in a sailor suit standing under a gazebo…with no line. “Oh! Let’s go get our picture taken with him!” Duffy was so excited to have people come to take a picture with him. Leslie fell in love instantly. That evening as she was leaving Epcot, she bought herself a Duffy Bear.
