IT’S TIME FOR THE NEXT FASHION CHALLENGE!
Take a photo of yourself DisneyBounding as any Disney character while doing a good deed (whether it be helping out around the house, volunteering at a food drive, or maybe donating clothes to the Salvation Army) and e-mail it to email@example.com by December 20th!
Ten Fairy Godmothers in Training will be selected and enter into a 24-hour voting period where followers will vote on their favorite outfit. On December 22nd, you’re invited to the DisneyBound Holiday Party, where the winner will be announced and be crowned the Fairy Godmother in our DisneyBound Kingdom!

At long last, today Barneys released its windows for the 2012 holiday season. The display, called Electric Holiday, revolves around the fusion of fashion world greats like Naomi Campbell and Mario Sorrenti with Disney World greats like Minnie and Daisy.
There was a surprising amount of controversy (for what basically amounts to a window display) in the weeks leading up to the display’s reveal due to concept art that depicted Minnie as a rail-thin high-fashion model. I wasn’t pleased with the idea, either—though I didn’t go so far as to start a change.org petition about it—so I was apprehensive about the ways in which the so-called Skinny Minnie image would be used.
